Norwalk Community Health Center’s Elements of Wellness is a series of conversations, discussions, and presentations to encourage an exchange of ideas and issues about topics affecting the health and well-being of you, your family and community.

Catherine Stone, a Westport resident, will talk and take questions about her life-changing experience and lessons learned from her triumph over cancer. 
A book signing for Down to the Marrow will follow. Copies of her book will be available for purchase at the event. All proceeds will benefit Norwalk Community Health Center patient wellness programs and initiatives.


Elements of Wellness programs and events are open to the public and free to attend. Donations are welcome. They make possible our current and future free patient and community wellness programs. Pre-registration is NOT required.
